Requirements

  • Each vendor interested in selling goods at the 2025 Wine and Slow Jams Festival must submit an application. 

  • Each vendor is required to provide their own tables, chairs, signs, trash cans, extension cords, and any additional equipment. 

  • This application does not guarantee vendor participation. Vendors will be notified via email of acceptance or denial. 

  • Payment is required in full to secure your spot. 

Vendor Fees

The Vendor fee includes designated set up area and certified tents. Extra cost may occur for electricity.

General Vendor:     $450

Food Vendor:            $650

Food Trucks:               $500

Hookah:                          $600

Requirements & Agreement

  • Vendors must comply with all health, safety, insurance, and permit requirements.

  • The festival reserves the right to approve or deny any application.

  • Any vendor requiring power must specify in watts/amps how much power is needed.

  • Payment is due upon approval to secure your space.

  • Vendors must arrive at their designated time for setup and remain open for the duration of the event.

  • All vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and clean up.

  • Fire safe tents (NFPA 701) are required for vendors with tent setups

  • Any vendor serving food must have a hand washing station included in their setup.

  • Cooking oil must be discarded in the designated on-site oil vat or taken with you when you leave. Oil must NOT be dumped in the grass.

Payment Details

Payment details and instructions will be provided upon approval of your application. Payment must be received in full to secure your spot.
